Welcome to Talio! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application. By accessing or using Talio, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using the Talio app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. User Accounts & Parent Verification
To ensure a safe environment for your children, purchase transactions and sensitive settings are strictly protected behind a Parental Gate. App usage does not require account registration, and all progress is linked anonymously to your device unless you choose to register. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's app usage.
3. Subscriptions & Premium Billing
Talio offers premium subscriptions granting unlimited access to our entire catalog of magical illustrated books and voice narration services. Transactions, billing, and cancellations are securely managed via Apple App Store In-App Purchases and comply fully with standard App Store subscription policies.
4. Intellectual Property
All story text, voice narratives, character illustrations, app layouts, code, and logo assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Talio and our partnering creators. You may not distribute, reproduce, or modify any content in the application without written permission.
